Sex Offender Treatment Requirement Prior to engaging in the Family Reunification Process, participation in and, in some cases, successful completion of Sex Offender Treatment (SOT) is often a mandatory requirement. Completion of SOT can be facilitated through Forensic Services of Alabama or another court-approved provider. However, it is essential to provide verifiable documentation of SOT completion to the relevant authorities.
