Fees

Individual Counseling              $125 per session

Group Therapy                            $75 per group session

Psychosexual Evaluations - Risk Assessment   $2,500

Expert testimony in court, conferences with attorneys or court officials, and telephone

consultation about the report will be charged at $200 per hour. If you

plan to call your therapist or evaluator as an expert witness in your case, then you will

need to pay a retainer fee in advance, which will cover 5 hours of services. This would

be $1,000 for 5 hours, and additional hours will be billed at $200 per hour.

We do not file an insurance claim form for you. Clients are expected to pay the full amount at the end of each session. However, we will provide you with a superbill, which serves as a substitute for a claim form, after each session. If you wish, you may submit this superbill to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement varies according to your insurance contract. Some insurance carriers will reimburse a percentage of your fee.
