Healing Hearts Group Therapy
Welcome to Healing Hearts, a specialized group for women overcoming betrayal trauma in their marriage and life. Betrayal Trauma is the most intense emotional trauma you can experience. Healing Hearts is a specialized group that combines psychoeducational insights, coping tools, and grief reduction through narrative therapy in a small online group forum.
Our therapeutic group offers a safe and supportive environment to:
- Connect with others who understand what you're going through.
- Learn effective coping strategies.
- Work towards healing from betrayal trauma.
We will be using the book
"Mending a Shattered Heart: A Guide for Partners of Sex Addicts" to guide our discussions.
Group Details:
- When: Biweekly Thursdays at 6:00 PM
- Where: Bevill and Associates Office
- Cost: $75 per session
